Link2TENANT is an online payment portal your tenants can use to pay their rent using a checking account, credit or debit card. It’s easy to use and your tenants can make payments in just a few clicks from any internet-connected computer. Link2Tenant is always available, so your tenants can pay at their convenience.

Automatic Payments
With your tenant’s approval, you can set up a scheduled payment so their monthly rent payment happens automatically. With automatic payments, rent is always on time! Tenants also receive a reminder e-mail several days before the scheduled payment occurs, so they can ensure funds are available.

Data Import & Export
You can easily import tenant data from your property management software into Paymentsite, so your tenant information is all pre-populated.

Exporting data is easy too, so you can use Paymentsite in conjunction with virtually any Property Management software package.

Real Time Reports
Paymentsite offers a full suite of Real Time Reporting options including:

Transaction Reports – see a listing of all your transactions with drilldown to the full transaction detail. Also, reprint a receipt or refund all or a portion of any payment.

Summary Reports – for any specified time period, see a summary view of your payments for each of your properties. One click shows the payments processed by each user, and each department at that property.

Scheduled Payments - Review the automatic payments you have scheduled for your tenants.

Current Batch – Review all the transactions are going to be processed tonight and void any you need to before they settle.

Billing Status – Quickly review who has paid and who hasn’t.

ACH & Checks
Using the ACH network, Paymentsite allows you to process rent checks electronically, either by entering in the tenant’s checking account information or by scanning the paper check. Since checks typically clear the bank in one business day, Paymentsite check processing is the ideal solution for Property Managers who wish their tenants’ checks would fund faster.

Virtual Terminal
The Paymentsite Virtual Terminal is an online version of a credit card swipe machine but it can also process checks. You can even connect a check scanner that allows you to process your paper checks electronically, without a trip to the bank.

How it Works:

1. You log into Paymentsite from any internet-connected computer and select the tenant who is paying.

2. Enter the tenant’s payment details or swipe the tenant’s card. Tenants can pay with a debit card, credit card or checking account in person, or by phone or mail.

3. Paymentsite processes the transaction and you get paid within 24-48 hours.
